A successful restaurant in today’s market is dependent on the relationship between the guest and the experience. It provides a consistent, reliable experience that incorporates guest input to create a personal experience for guest and team alike. FRESH Kitchen does all of this and more.
BREAKFAST
Starting at 6:00am, our FRESH Express opens for on-the-go breakfast. Display cases filled with freshly baked breads and muffins, a hot cereal bar with oatmeal and hot cereals with self-serve toppings. Fresh fruit as well as plain and Greek yogurts are available for quick grab-and-go, as will breakfast sandwiches and a wide array of unique beverages.
The FRESH Kitchen dining room is open for breakfast service from 7:00am until 10:00am.
Enjoy our selection of fresh, healthy, and nutritious breakfast dishes – from hot and cold cereals, continental breakfast selections, and a full compliment of hot, fresh entrees – all designed to start your day off right.
LUNCH
As breakfast ends and lunch begins, the smell of freshly baked pizzas begins to waft from the main dining room. At FRESH Express, prepared breakfast sandwiches and hot cereals will be replaced with grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, complemented by a self-serve soup bar with a rotating selection of four fresh made daily soups.
In the FRESH Kitchen dining room, an extensive menu of soups and made-to-order salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas entice guests to enjoy a sit-down lunch. Our servers can guide guests through the fresh menu options available. Quick, friendly service and delicious fresh meals define the experience.

From helping families survive the stress of a failing restaurant on Restaurant: Impossible, to honoring our service members for the service to our country, and now with my Fresh Kitchen inside The Pentagon I believe one of the greatest things I can do with my success is to give back to those in need of a little guidance, or to those who make sacrifices that enable us to enjoy our freedom.”

OUR RESTAURANT
Our restaurant was designed with two main themes in mind … freshness and comfort. Our recipes are authentic; we source and use only the finest domestic and imported ingredients available and take great care to show those ingredients the respect and care they demand. The result is a highly creative and well-priced diverse menu that is well suited for the busy daytime Pentagon workers. We sought to create a comfortable and social space that is designed to be both efficient and pleasing to enhance the Fresh Kitchen experience.
